Stage Botanique et Usages des Plantes

The Association Communerbe is offering a 4-day course in the Morvan Nature Park, between the lakes of Pannecière and Settons, surrounded by forests and ponds. We'll be discovering the spring plants: forest paths, the banks of streams and lakes, hedged farmland and limestone hillsides.
The mornings will be devoted to botany, with the opportunity to make a field herbarium from the non-protected plants we come across.
The afternoons will be devoted to the uses of plants in two phases:
- 2 days devoted to cooking with edible wild plants, using rosettes, young shoots and flowers (pestos, salads, soups, lacto-fermentation, brèdes, syrups, etc.).
- 2 days devoted to galenic preparations (oily macerates, mother tinctures, balms, etc.) based on the plants available.
