The protocol for the management of sanitary risks linked to the Covid-19 epidemic was established in consultation with the services of the Community of Communes Morvan Sommets et Grands Lacs and the agents of the three Tourist Information Offices. The capacity is set at 7 people in total in the BIT (including staff), with safety distances maintained. The T.I.B. is accessible and equipped to receive visitors in compliance with the necessary sanitary standards. - Visitors over the age of 12 must wear a mask. Young children must be held by the hand. - Groups of more than 4 people are invited to enter the B.I.T. two by two, alternating - At the entrance to the ITB, disinfectant gel is made available to the public, along with an information panel presenting the instructions to be followed; the receptionist counts the number of people present and welcomes visitors at the counter to provide information - The BIT doors are left open as much as possible, depending on the weather, so as to limit the number of times the handles are manipulated - In front of the reception counter, adhesive strips are placed on the ground every 1 m to allow visitors to respect the safety distances - Reception staff are equipped with a visor; they also have a bottle of disinfectant gel and a cloth mask, to be used when close contact with a visitor is unavoidable - Payment with contactless credit cards is preferred for a maximum amount of €50.
