Chalet for 8 people with 4400m² garden with private no-kill fishing pond (swimming prohibited), terraces (1 overlooking the pond, the other at the rear of the chalet overlooking the outdoor play area) and children's play area. Children must be supervised by adults around the pond. Quiet but close to the shops and ideally situated for exploring the Morvan.

There are a few fishing rods, petanque balls, a table tennis table, a sandpit, board games, a hammock, a swing, asymmetric bars and a small house.

The chalet is comfortable and has a cosy atmosphere: kitchen opening onto a spacious living room with its own dining area and lounge with corner sofa and TV, pellet stove. wifi (fibre). Laundry room. study. bedroom with direct access to the garden, comprising a 160x200 bed. Bathroom with bath and double washbasin, separate wc. Upstairs: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed. One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200).
