Ma p'tite Ecole

Ma p'tite Ecole is a Museum of Morvan hamlet schools. It is located in the agents' house, which was built between 1899 and 1900 to house the technicians responsible for doubling the dam on Lac des Settons, and then served as the school in the hamlet of Les Settons from 1928 to 1987.

A true cultural centre, just a stone's throw from the Lac des Settons and the Tourist Office, the museum's permanent exhibition provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in what it was like to be a school in the hamlets of the Morvan.

On site, you can also take advantage of the various temporary exhibitions or simply have fun with your children in the mental arithmetic or spelling competitions, thanks to the play area on offer.

Come and enjoy this cultural centre, run by the Ma p'tite école association, in the idyllic setting of Lac des Settons.

In a 1920s/1950s classroom, come and rediscover your childhood memories or those of your ancestors, write with a pen, do exercises or play old-fashioned games.
