Since 1992, the Point Vert association has been making its group gite available to groups and families in the Morvan. Renovated in 2018, the ground floor is fully wheelchair accessible from the car park. A bedroom and bathroom for disabled people, 1 large dining room/activity room, 1 lounge, 1 semi-professional kitchen, 1 WC and 1 storeroom complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, accessible by staircase, are 7 bedrooms (1 to 5 beds), 3 showers, 3 washbasins and 1 WC. All around, 1 large enclosed garden with a secure pasture, 1 parking area for 3 minibuses and/or petanque competitions, and a large double swing. From the house, numerous hiking trails, easy access to the forest and the river La Cure. 5km away, 1 grocery shop and 1 very good bakery offer local produce. A 15-minute drive away, Quarré-les-tombes offers all shops, including a petrol station, pharmacy, doctors, nurses, caterers and a Sunday morning market.
