Difficulty level: 2/4: walk of around 20 km per day and around 300 metres of ascent.

Who is this course for? For people over 18 who are in good physical condition and able to walk independently with a rucksack. Or minors over 16 accompanied by a parent.

Group size: 8 participants max.

Equipment required: 5 packed lunches, snacks, 2-3 litres of water (depending on the weather), rucksack, tent, duvet, mattress, suitable footwear and all your hiking gear,

Equipment hire for the outing on request: tent, mattress, duvet, gas stove, 50-litre rucksack.
